RJ London Premium Weatherseal 3 in 1 is a water-based acrylic waterproof coating designed to protect buildings from water leakage, moisture, and weather damage. Its flexible acrylic formula creates a durable waterproof membrane that helps prevent cracks, leaks, mold growth, oxidation, and other common surface problems.

This 3-in-1 coating functions as a waterproof layer, self-priming coat, and finish coat, making it an efficient solution for both new construction and maintenance projects. It offers excellent resistance to UV rays, rain, and harsh weather conditions, making it suitable for both interior and exterior applications.

Premium Weatherseal can be applied to a wide range of surfaces, including concrete, cement, brick walls, roofs, roof tiles, metal sheets, and wood. It is recommended for residential, commercial, industrial, and coastal environments where long-lasting waterproof protection is required.

How to Use

  1. Clean the surface thoroughly and ensure it is dry and free from dust, oil, dirt, and mold.
  2. For the first coat, dilute the product with up to 20% clean water and apply evenly.
  3. After the first coat has dried, apply two additional coats without dilution.
  4. For cracks or joints between 5–20 mm wide, reinforce with fiberglass mesh after the first coat before applying subsequent coats.
  5. Allow 2–3 hours between coats and let the coating cure completely before exposure to water.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep the container tightly closed when not in use and protect it from freezing.
